pHusion KCS Plus 0-0-18 supplies five vital nutrients critical for proper soil chemistry - potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur and manganese. When soils are deficient in these nutrients, other primary and secondary nutrients can become unavailable which prevents the plant from efficiently utilizing the nutrients within the soil. Manganese acts as an enzyme to promote chlorophyll development. Manganese has can help reduce certain patch diseases in turf.
pHusion KCS Plus 0-0-18 contains pHusion Organic Acid which aids in releasing tied up nutrient complexes. In turn, these nutrients become available to the plant.
Directions for Use:
Greens, Tees, Fairways, Sports Turf and Lawns: Apply 2 - 5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. or 88 -220
lbs. per acre of pHusion KCS Plus 0-0-18. Based on soil tests, additional product may be
needed due to low potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur or manganese levels. Irrigation
after application is recommended to move nutrients into the soil. Repeat applications
approximately every 3 to 4 weeks until desired quantity is achieved. On established turf, apply
no more than 5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per application. Irrigate after application to dissolve
granules.
Reducing High Sodium Levels
After initial application, frequent applications of 2 - 5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. throughout the
growing season may be required to maintain optimum growing conditions. Rates should be
determined based on soil and water tests.
Application at Aerification
