DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 from Plant Food Company is a uniquely balanced polymeric combination of potassium polyphosphate and polyphosphite. It contains nitrogen, phosphate, potassium and polyphosphite.
DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 is a systemic liquid fertilizer that enhances roots while turning on the plant's natural defense mechanism. Ideal for nutrient applications that require a balanced ratio of phosphate and potassium.
DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 is ideal for foliar and soil applications on a wide variety of warm and cool season turf varieties and can also be used as a starter fertilizer. Since DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 has excellent plant uptake, it is an ideal alternative to mono-potassium phosphate and potassium nitrate with the added benefit of potassium polyphosphite that turns on the plant's natural defense mechanism.
Directions for Use:
Greens, Tees & Fine Turf: Apply 2.0 - 9.0 oz. of DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 with 1.5 - 2 gallons of
water per 1,000 sq. ft. (0.7 - 3.1 gallons of DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 with 66 - 88 gallons of water
per acre) every 10 - 14 days throughout the growing season anytime additional phosphate and
potassium are required and when Poa is showing signs of stress. This application shall provide
0.008 - 0.034 lb. of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft.
Fairways, Roughs, Sports Turf & Lawns: Apply 0.7 - 3.1 gallons of DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 with
44 - 88 gallons of water per Acre (2.0 - 9.0 oz. of DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 with 1 - 2 gallons of water
per 1,000 sq. ft.) once or twice per month throughout the growing season. This application shall
provide 0.008 - 0.034 lb. of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft.
Turf Seed Starting, Flowers and Ornamentals: DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 is an excellent complete
fertilizer and polyphosphite combination for all types of flowers and blooming ornamentals. Apply
6.0 - 12.0 oz. of DKP XTRA� 2-20-22 per 1,000 sq. ft. of growing area with 1 - 2 gallons of water.
Use at time of seeding or transplant and apply every 30 days throughout the growing season. DKP
XTRA� 2-20-22 will promote stronger roots and will aid the plant in combating various types of stress.
