Shaw�s� 21-0-4 with MERIT� has sufficient residual activity so that applications can be made preceding egg laying activity of the target pests. University and Bayer data show 94% grub control of all included species when applied April through August 15th. Improved control can be expected with May, June, July applications of MERIT� plus fertilizer. This product contains 50% of the nitrogen from Polymer- Encapsulated urea (XRT).
