One of the challenges of sprayers that steer like a zero turn with free spinning front casters is that it can be hard to keep them on a straight path across steeper slopes. To address this TORO\'s front casters are not free spinning but rather can be locked by the operator depressing a foot pedal once the sprayer is on the correct heading.

The SprayMaster lineup consists to two different platforms. The LTS (Lean to Steer) model # 34230 which has single tank and steers with one hand by rotating the angle of the front wheels. And the Spray Master Z-Spray models which have dual tanks and dual hydraulics which steer much like a zero turn mower.

- Tank mounting holes removed to eliminate the chance of leaks around mounting grommets
- Pump mounted to frame rather than tank to reduce tank fatigue
- Pump moved lower to eliminate priming issues
- Spray arms break away in either direction to protect against backing accidents
- Spreader mower moved outside hopper to reduce corrosion
- Tanks on the Mid Model were increased from 15 to 20 gallons each.
