Directions for use: Latron B- 1956e spreader sticker is a water-dispersible, resin-based nonionic surfactant (not a water-soluble detergent-type wetting agent) that resists rewetting and removal by rain. Latron B-1 956 is effective as a spreading, depositing and sticking agent to improve the performance of insecticides, miticides, fungicides, defoliants and herbicides. Latron B-1956 is beneficial when used on smooth and waxy or fuzzy (hairy) foliage and fruit. Latron B-1956 will also improve spray coverage on fruit or foliage that is covered by dust or honey dew, webbed by spider mites or infected with powdery mildew, and on hard-to-wet insects such as mealy bugs and scales. On weeds and brush Latron B-1956 will assist in the spray deposit/penetration. Growers are urged to closely observe the pattern of spray deposition during spraying and after sprays have dried. If the pattern is blotchy and uneven, more Latron B-1956 is needed. If the spray is running to lower leaf margins, "eyebrowing," or collecting in drop spots on fruit, the amount of Latron B-1956 should be reduced. Dosage: Recommendations for use of Latron B-1956 spreader-sticker depend on the crop, the pest, the kind of spray equipment, volume, pressure and droplet size of the spray and the pesticide or mixture being used. As a general guide, 1 to 2 ounces are used on moderately easy-to- wet plants, 2 to 4 ounces on hard-to-wet plants, and 4 to 8 ounces on very hard-to-wet plants per 100 gallons of dilute full-volume spray. As sprays are concentrated to 2X, 10X or 20X, the amount of Latron B-1956 should be increased in about the same proportion as the pesticide. Latron B-1956 is an excellent companion with Drive Herbicide. (You will not need to add Agridex oil.)
